Rude treatment and over charging

I called to resolve the issue on the date of incident and due to holiday (12/30/2020) was told to send an email I sent an email. Got an auto-response that someone would call me within 5-7 business days. Guess what? Still no call. Today is the 13th of January. Certainly 5-7 business days has passed. It's ok. We will never use HERTZ again. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow-through. Just all around terrible. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE HERTZ!!!
