This company has a very high opinion of itself! The delivery day promises are not kept and communicating with their service agents is an exercise in futility! They are interruptive (Stephanie) when a customer is trying to explain things and doesn't care if you understand the options or not. Their shipping fees are a flat $15 (which they are proud of!) and not adjustable even if you purchase $100 worth of items. If they are going to charge that much for shipping, they should be packaging the items so they aren't destroyed in the process and they should be able to deliver in a more timely fashion (12 days is unacceptable - even if from London). When I returned and item they charged me another $6 for SHIPPING! didn't they collect enough to begin with? I spoke to a manager who was sure they would give me back my $6, but that didn't happen in the email they sent today. Don't shop here, don't encourage their poor customer practices, and don't pay their expensive shipping fees. They can keep their overpriced items.
