Rude service from cashiers

On 19 February 2021, which is today, went to Bandar Botanic branch, at time 7:50++pm, want to purchase ice cream, when I queued, wanted to make order, doesn't know the line that I queued up was for collection, then came out a Malay cashier with spectacle, asked me what you want? This is not the place for order in very rude way and stare me. Very ridiculous, if in Japan sure won't get this kind of service at all.... We buy things from your shop, not spending money to get frustrated! Treat customer in this way, if you get this kind of service, you (cashier) sure will angry also.... And please if don't want customers make mistake, Please put signage at there, stupid casher ever!!!!! Yucks
