I have been a customer of Tops in Dunkirk for over 30 years. I have had it with the rudeness of the pharmacist at that store. She is obnoxious and disrespectful. A customer was as the counter when I walked up and stood about 5 feet back waiting, Ms. Kaus put her hand up towards me as if to shay "HALT" and LOUDLY stated - "STAY RIGHT THERE!" I wasn't anywhere near the customer she was talking to. Then when I asked a simply question about my prescription being filled yet she snapped back at me, "It got sent in about an hour ago! You'll have to come back in a couple of hours. I'm not a robot!" This is not the first time she has been obnoxious and rude! I am pulling all my prescriptions out of there! I don't deserve to be treated like that. I have heard others complain about her to me too. I have complained to the store manager and I doubt anything was said or done about it. I spend ALOT of money in that store, not only for prescriptions but groceries.
