I walked in and left a return item with Paula K and 1 other person at register one then continued my shopping. Paula K asked my name and I left my item with her for return while I shopped. When I returned with my new item to exchange she acted like I was crazy like she hadn’t just seen me five minutes before. Even if she had forgotten and the item was passed to another employee, she was very very rude and acted like I was making things up.
