so i spent almost $ 6,000.00 on a pool at your company & truly wish I d of never come to THE GREAT ESCAPE,,,,,,you SO CALLED manager MATT SMITH at the Strongsville store is RUDE n disrespectful n I really dont want to say the exact thing s that he should be referred as......we were needing help in SPENDING ANOTHER $ 3500.00 for another item he didn't care to show us what we were interested in kinna pointed & said thats all I have..........& to top it off he was MAD because we were inquiring WHEN they would be out to FINISH putting the rest of our pool pump on.....we want to close up the pool....he chuckled sarcastically & said " you re having them put it on only to take it back off".....if he is your example of management your company is screwed.........
