Ii used to rtequent this store/gas station often. I purchased a pack of cigarettes with my debit card, which apparrently, was put through as a credit transaction. I also purchased gas with cash. I happened to check my bank acct. online and $72.00 had been debited from my account!! I called the store and was basically laughed at by their employee. I then went to the store and again this employee argued with me, said he couldn't find any transaction with that amt. etc., etc.I asked for the store manager and had tp wait an hr. while the mgr. arrived...basically the rude employee wanted to know why I couldn't wait until Monday! WEhen I asked him how he would feel if this had happened to him he made some other rude remark. of course the manager was equally rude and when I complained about her assinine employee she said "but he told me he apologized to you" If that is their way of apologizing they need to think again!! Customers should be repected not ridiculed! This caused a ACH debit to not go through and apparently it is the pratice of gas stations to withhold money, but I didnt buy gas withe the card. I even wrote the owner a letter with no response! This is a horrible place! Don't waste your time!!!
