I was inquiring about the Go Rewards Program and this customer representative was talking to me as if I already knew about the program and was very impatient with me. And then when I became frustrated, she accused me of raising my voice. Just a very lousy customer-service experience. User's recommendation: Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
