Rude customer service & deceptive advertising for returns as STATED

Took back a pair of jeans that did not fit my daughter. We had bought 2 pair, same size, only different denim wash. One pair did not fit anytging near like the other so i hung them in my daughters closet to return when we went back. 3 weeks later, tried to return WITH TAGS AND RECEIPT. The sales lady seriously SMELLS THE PANTS AFTER my 12 year old daughter tried on a few things but didnt like anything and we requested a refund. Then suddenly she says "yep, these have been washed. No Return"!!! I was flabbergasted at such rude and disgusting treatment in front of my daughter, and basically CALLED A LIAR!! REALLY? I assured her they were NEVET WORN, never washed, and asked why theyre refusing to honor their own rules of returns on the receipt and when i asked for the manager, she smiled amd said "Youre speaking to her"!! How do ypu expect your company to last? I will NEVER go into your stores again and i will be making a complaint with the BBB for this horremdous treatment from your store in Castleton Mall, Indianapolis, Indiana that took place March 30th, 2019 around 3pm. You've certainly lost a lot of business over a cheap paur of $30 jeans but i will never reduce muself to shop or do business with a company that tolerates this type of customer RUDE and insulting service. jazjazbaby@***.com
