Rude customer service at reservations desk

I booked a stay through Travel Zoo in which the hotel room is not as advertised and I cannot stay here. When I spoke to your reservations desk about remedying the issue I was met with a woman who told me nothing could be resolved by the hotel even though I am staying in a dirty room with a serious medical condition. The only people that can help me are travel zoo I am told. It was rude and insensitive. User's recommendation: Be kind to people calling you for help and don’t tell us there is absolutely nothing you can do if we book through a third party that is the worst customer service ever.
