Rude Customer Service and Poor Warranty Issues

I have spoke to several people "Techs" named Brian and Joseph and Nichole who were so rude and not not customer oriented it is unreal. We called in because since day one we have had trouble with one inside unit and the outside unit not cooling when going over and over and over with Brian and Joseph they could not tell you what to look for to fix the problem they told us we should of not bought one if we lived out in the country!!!!!! this has all been a laugh NOT. The outside unit came with loose service valves from the factory and way over charged with Freon We then asked to talk to a district manager or someone higher than the Tech bozo's and they said there was no higher person to speak to. I called back and spoke to a really nice receptionist and she said that their was someone higher than the Tech Bozos so she puts a Bill on the phone which was so arrogant that what he said was made to make you blow up on the phone he stated "he really enjoyed having this phone conversation" but did not offer any customer service or warranty at all. The unit is still in warranty only bought last of May and get this they have no Service Techs in Dallas TX to service your unit, all the ones we did call said they were JUNK and they could not get their service money out of this company. PEOPLE BE WARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM OUTFIT AND THEY LAUGH AT THEIR BAD REVIEWS.
