Rude customer care representative

Person named Nivdev in TV department of TCL was such a rude person, he dont know how to speak in a proper way. Illiterate goon you have appointed at customer care. It was my first experience with TCL and that guy ruined it. I came up with my problem and that person is arguing instead of helping or guiding. User's recommendation: poor service of customer care.
