To whom it may concern: A friend arranged for a courier from qxpress to pick up a parcel from me. The courier came to my place and scolded me, threatening me to not deliver my parcel. Saying I did not pack and did not provide stamps like Singpost? The waybill is as attached. This is really atrocious and unacceptable behavior from a courier service. Zero stars Please look into this and retrain your staff! Will be looking to report this to CASE as well. User's recommendation: Use other couriers.
