Hi I went to Encik tan at 313 today at the outside drink stall . I ask the auntie Chinese if she have ice lemon tea and she point to the other side so we went to the other side of the ET thinking it was same paying cashier so we took the green tea as well and she glare at us and rudely tell us off saying we must pay here first. I mean can't she tell us nicely must she stare at us as if we will leave without paying it's the same side of ET as well does she have to be so harsh... Worst she rudely tell my child off to be careful when I ask her for extra cover as if afraid we will dirty her place but we did pour the drink and she needn't be so rude lacking in respect for us customers... She have no right to tell my child off coz even if we did pour her drink I mean she had no right to be angry in customer service line as she the cashier but in the first place we didn't do anything wrong and what kind of attitude is that... She shouldnt be finding excuses or fault with us...this is bad the Chinese auntie staff is Quite rude. Please do something
