7/9/2018 I was transferes from best buy to order an insignia roku remote. 1. Javier answers anbis having trouble understanding me. I give m-as in Mother etc. To spell my name. When I ask where hes located he gets defensive and says Mexico City, Why?. When I ask to be transfered to someone in the US. He says no, lets just order this. Give me your addresa. I insist on being transfered, He says No. When I ask for his supervisor he has none, he says. So I hang up. When I call back and get transferes again I get Lionel. When I ask where hes located. He says did yoy call just for that. What is your name and phone number. I insist on knowing where he is and he ignores the question and keeps repeating. What is your full name and phone number. He finally says. Im online with you. Do you want to order something? He says several times I'm online. Then finally says, I'm off shore. He wont transfer me to a us rep either.
