Rude associates who answer the phone and are very rude

I have waited since December to get a Libre2 reader. Kept getting told it takes five days, NOT SO| Don't remember the associates name but he was terribly rude and screamed at me. I received the sensor kits . they were sent 1/6 2010. I have been waiting and waiting. I was also told to fill out the paper work. It was never sent. I was unable to do it online. A few days ago I was unable to use my previous sensor on my arm. Called again last night and a very kind lady answered the phone. She looked over my complaints and was very kind and helpful. She is going to correct the problem (hope so}. I do know the first letter of name was an A. User's recommendation: Don't know what I can do. Never able to locate customer service number.
