Ford Focus was fish tailing on slippery roads. Brain was short and rude said alignment from two months ago was dead on without looking at printout I had on counter it was in fact barely within manufacture specs and rudely said what do you want me to do? I replied I would like rear toe at .15 he said they couldn’t do that had to go by manufacture specs. I clearly stated that the was well within specs. He would’ve known that if he would have listened and took time to look at spec sheet. Confrontation totally avoidable guy does not make eye contact constantly looks at computer screen
