Dear Abdul Latif Jameel, Its been a long time since I am paying my car. and I was paying my car on time and updated. when I bought my car in Toyota Abdul latif jameel exit 24, I ask them if I can bring my car in GCC country like Bahrain if I want to go vacation and they said " of course, its you car". so I buy it. when the time comes that eid is coming, I went in Toyota and they are asking to many papers even though I show them my exit reentry visa. they ask me to bring Saudi colleagues. and when I bring my Saudi friend, they are asking more papers/documents and actually it is hard to provide. why is your company like this? I am working in a big company. DR. SULAIMAN AL HABIB SWAIDI. they are only fast if they want the monthly payment they are always calling. even it is early to ask for monthly payment hope you can help me for this complaint. I need this to be fixed. eid is coming again. hope it will not be hard for me to ask what I want although I am a good payer.. If you ask them in a good way they will reply in an arrogant and rude way. I will never ever forget this.
