Shopper, Alexa t, was very rude, did not communicate enough regarding replacements and/or alternatives. When she arrived asked why, shopper stated she didn't care . then after leaving, she sent text that she would return to do bodily harm. Your employee threatened me, and I will be exploring all legal avenues and will contact corporate/owner of company. Your company has the text records to show threat made against me.
