Rude and unhelpfuly

I got my.engine an its had fell on its side off the tore an pallet.. i.called to.ask if they could tell.me the mileage on the motor cause it looked.bad.. the lady said call back.on monday I said can u tell.me if i can pull.up.my invoice on the site an see it an she hung up on me.. il.never order again with them
