Called to request refund - was told no authority to do so. Was then told can only pause membership 30 days so given health concerns and pandemic was advised to cancel. Asked how to request refund for the time membership could not be used- was told to email. Then- was told by acting manager I cant get refund because I will be cancelled as of Dec. and did not request the refund earlier! What a scam!! She refused to give me any number or person to call to pursue further. Had been a member twice. Will never join again. User's recommendation: Never join this gym.
