The security office/guard is a older black man about 5ft. 4in. Tall, he's very rude and disrespectful and he does not have customer service skills at all. I've been coming to this same unemployment office for years and I've never seen him be nice to a customer. Today he was over doing his part and speaking to me in an aggressive tone he was arguing with me back and forth and talking very DISRESPECTFUL TO ME.
