When i ordered food that day At North point city i was shocked that the indonesia lady in hijab did not even bother to greet me or smile or say thank you as a basic courtesy ...but this was not the worst ...the Chinese Auntie who wear a pony tail she was worst ...she keep walking here and there coming to my table listening my conversations making me feeling so uncomfortable...and then when i go to collect the food she keep coming to me like she so free having nothing to do so i told her gently is ok but she looked so angry and stares at me really making me upset ...then the last time to collect my nugget she asked her collegues to pass to me gossiping about people is it right..is so rude ...The worst part was when i was eating with my family she stand directly infront of my table with her collegues laughing and talking as if pressing me to go that is so rude as i cannot eat in peace ... Then i went to her indonesia collegues n ask for the office number but they refused to give and keep denying the whole bad attitude so terrible ...if they have done nothing wrong why do they need to cover up for each other ...really no service and food is slow also ...i was shocked that their manager even told me that auntie was good i doubt so and instead of being defensive please admit their mistakes instead of pushing here and there and deny it is that the riight way to teach the staff that not respect for customers totally no manners please refer to photo they are doing nothing abd atanding directly gossiping in front ny desk ...please do something and be fair to customers so terrible ...
