She (Norma Jean is the name at the bottom of my receipt) rudely and nasty told me to step back and pay for my groceries! I told her I'm not a child and I can stand where I want, If there was a policy for money to be taken, all she had to do was explain why I should step back and I would have understood the reasoning behind giving her my money a different way. She was very nasty and loud about it and insubordinate when I was explaining to the manager what happened. As I was leaving, she was still belligerent - waving her hand (a sign telling me goodbye and to leave the store!!) I thought the customer was appreciated and WELCOMED at TOPS! This is not a person I want servicing my customers!
