Went to get my oil changed and free wash with a coupon my husband gave me and it took 15 minutes for someone to get my van. I finally got into the place and handed them the coupon only for the woman behind the counter to insist that I contact my husband at work to tell her where we got our coupon. After I insisted that he was on the job she said "I need to know where he got this". When I told her where he got it she said it's okay it was an ad mistake and they would honor the coupon. She also revealed I was not the first one to come in with this particular coupon but she didnt know where others got theirs. I could not believe that she would insist that I contact my husband on his job to find out where he got the *** coupon knowing I was not the only person using the coupon. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. One of the worse experiences in customer service.
