Hi i m extremely disappointed with the Malay male staff at North point Cold Storage he has some beard on his chin and he was stationed at the Auto self payment cashier i cant remember the day but it was early july weekday night .and i used the Auto machine and he keep staring hard at me with his eyes as if he afraid i steal ..i feel really awkward and unwelcome as i told him nicely it was not my first time using this Auto Machine but he ignore me n unfriendly and rudely he showed me a black face that he has the right to stand there but his stares is Making me uncomfortable as he stares at my every movement this is extremely rude ...As i m still the customer he has not even basic respect for me n still argue to me ...i got so pissed i guess natural reaction n tell him off please domt stare at me like that as i endured for long time already ...previously i used this machine one or two months ago he too used hardcore stares at me using the machine so insulting and rude ...i remember that time there isnt much people in morning and he was with the other costorage malay and indian lady staff laughing n chatting and grouping around i think that time was near the hari raya its better to inform you that this kind of behavior is not acceptable in sales floor and disrespectful so i go to one of the cashier to pay my purchases but this rude. Malay staff he rudely shoo me to the auto matic payment counter instead ..i mean if they have time to laugh n chat cant they even serve one customer in cashier it was extremely disappointing...then this malay guy talk bad something about me to his other malay collegues n speak in malay it was so rude as i was a regular n bought many things there i guess they were noticing me n showed disrespectful n bad behavior to customers...so recently after i tell him off after the stares he was unhappy n stares even harder at me n argue till e other customer did not know what happen and told i was scolding him but i was not n end up he make me got scolded for no reason by that customer it was so terrible n even had an arguement over something he done wromg but still use others to defend him is that the way cold storage use others to bullied regular customers this was so unfair to me that it spoiled my mood and got shouted for no reason cox of a bad staff and unreasonable customer ..i too was a customer do i need such kind of treatment they are really too over disrespectful please do something not just a course for them as i believe they knoe their job but not their manners and bad attitude ...Also another thin malay guy i ask him for extra plastic bag and refused to give me untill i ask again are they so stingy coz i bought many heavy things n got to be more fair and flexible still their attitude is bad like purposely stared at me n never say thank you and used group bullying to bully the customer ...it was intimating ..as in the Automatic payment counter if customer never call them they shouldnt come over like that malay guy staff with beard he was so aggresive n rude and i told him i can use machine myself but keep show bad face to me n staring what is this attitude for ...he make me so unhappy and stress that i make little mistakes coz of his rude stares the whole time and keep instructing me what to do he is not my senior or boss and i never seek his help he should at least respect the customers instead of using his eye to bully me please take note as this is really unaccetable thanks .
