royal thai is truly the WORST thai restaurant in orlando...the food is awful, bland, it caters to orlando palates which are mostly clueless and find average bland food good. aside from the worst food their service is much worse. they are the MOST abusive people around. the nasty rude thai women will LAUGH at and abuse customers and bully them. they mistreat women all the time and minorities but will kiss *** of white people. I stopped going a long time ago after they decided to continue to mistreat me and i had enough. I was treated like a miscreant or servant just for getting take out from this horrible place. they were rude abusive yelled at me, got angry and treated me as if i was trying to steal food from them. they are the worst...monsters. the thai women are psychos and should go back to their third world country where these heathens and criminals belong....let me explain..I ordered food and went to pick it up and the women here were so mean to me on at least 20 different occasions. extremely abusive and mean women work here. they have always been really rude to me b/c im a female minority. I stopped going there a while but started again. bad idea. They got worse. their food first off is BLAND but sometimes bearable, though not good at all for thai food. However its close to my work place so i go there. The last few times they were so rude to me i called them back to tell them they dont have a right to treat customers like this. The women that work there BULLY customers for no reason. when i went there last time i asked the female...for a spoon. she grabbed the head of the spoon which is unsanitary b/c she had handled money before. I kindly and politely just asked her if she could give me a spoon without touching the head. the crazy rude thai monster went NUTS...she was SO rude to me. she acted overacted and acted up treating me so terribly. she made a big production out of it and demeaned and lectured me telling me theY HAD to touch the head and this and that. it was so weird. I called them back telling them they can't treat people this way. I asked to talk to the owner an dthe woman said she didnt know when he was in-- basically lying. these people have no morals...beware of them and shame on them. Normally when i go in there....there is a rude thai male giving me dirty intimidating looks...and being rude to me. the women laugh at me and are nasty to me though i am nice kind polite person. They are the worst people. even once they called my number randomly accusing me of placing an order and not picking it up...huh? they said "did u place an order of this" i said no? what? they are truly sick people....don't give these terrible place business because they enjoy bullying and abusing customers....
