Talk Talk TV commercials promise low monthly charges ie presently £22.00 per month - but don't be fooled we signed up to a monthly deal 18 months ago for £21.45 per month - we were told we had to pay a month in advance to get started however £24. was taken from our account and over the 18 month contract this increased rapidly to around £30.00 per month and finally to over £33.00 in last months of the contract When you ring the call centre all you get is lies and dishonesty. Over the 18 months of our contract the monthly charges were never even close to the £21.45 deal we signed up to. Our internet service was off for most of 4 hours every day - this was systematic. Calls and email complaints were simply ignored. We ceased our business with Talk Talk in mid March 2021 and we are still getting threatening emails and bills from them saying we owe them £33.00 for the month of April???? What a joke -- Thank goodness we finished with them in March -- the rip off is finished - Talk Talk are not getting another penny from us - they owe us over £200 for their failure to deliver internet services for 4 hours every day - this was systematic and continued daily for well over 16 months of the contract period. Take my advice don't believe their TV advertising promises - it's all a pack of lies it's a thoroughly dishonest organisation. User's recommendation: Avoid like the plague - and contact BBC Rip - Off Britain.
