RTS not yet completed

I have products in Shopee that says "Return to Seller Completed" dated 01-09-2020 for, in fact, I haven't received them yet. It's almost a month from the return date. Order ID: 191216****299BH Tracking Number: 3875-****-BZAS On 01-04-2020, it says here that RTS failed due to: seller store closed. This is not true. We are in our house the whole time. The close that they are referring to might be the gate they are using to enter the village vicinity. The said gate had strictly advised the visitors to avail gate tickets. They will need to find another route for entering our premises. Enter to L&S gate and ask for the guards where they can enter. Looking forward to your immediate response and action.
