Royal Auto Club thru Rodney D. Young Ins.

My husband's truck broke down last night, he tried to call to get a tow and they do not answer their phone after a certain time (it was 11pm). Got a ride home, went to work, wife tried to call from 9am to 2pm and everytime, someone would pick up the phone, put it on hold a few times, then hang up. couple of times, it went straight to a busy signal. finally 5 hours later, they answer and tell us someone has to be with the car or she won't send one. I told her I am on my way now, she still said No, that I have to be calling by the car now. so I said Good thing I wasn't cause I would have been waiting for 5 hours for someone to answer the phone. Oh, so I got hung up on, truck still not home.
