bought a diamond rings and got rip off so bad that no jewellery store where i live, will even trade in the diamond. and the store where we bought the ring, will not refund or take back the jewellery and not receiving much help from royal caribbean, they don't seem to stand behind there recommendations. and it was there policy that convenced us to purchase it in this store in cozmel. I have to name a store we will wait and see who will step up to the plate. and stand behind the product the store has an on line jewellry shop that deal with thousands of people each week and wondering how many other people get screwed royally
