Round three with the PUC

Update by user Apr 18, 2018 I ve had my power shut off for making payments every month, the PUC had to be notified twice because they refused to restore my power. Now, they hiked up my bill three times since the origional plan was established. Looks like I will be callimg them again because all customer service does is keep cutting me off hold and feeding me the same dialog they obviously have written down. My ex hiaband stuck me with a bill when I was already starting off from scratch.I am on a fixed income at this point and habe gotten nothing but heart ache.
