I spoke with an customer support person for one hour--and he couldn't fix the issue. I tried again, I was told it would cost $79.00 for a single tech question! It was finally, finally discovered that I needed new printer!! I gave it one star because I hadto give a rating! User's recommendation: Don't buy.
