Rosie GaLarza is full of crap and I'm not working for her and Team Management no more!!! Because I was working for Team Management with the maintenance guys Hanna and Dan, Xavier Shan was the property manager at that time in 2016 at Kilbourn Commons. Xavier Shan quit Team Management, because he don't like what was going on with them!!! I was a maintenance man at Kilbourn Commons from 2016 to 2018 until What happened at Kilbourn Commons was The owner Darnell Williams hired Milan the black lady as the new property manager, Darnell Williams fired Milan, because Darnell told her not to rent Apt 216 to nobody, because Apt 216 needed a new stove, Milan rented Apt 216 to Prentiss Brown behind Darnell Williams back, Darnell fired Milan in 2016 and Hired Rosie GaLarza as the new property manager, Rosie rented to bad tenants without screening them for felonies and without screening them for evictions that they went to court over!!! The bad black tenants damaged and destroyed property by breaking windows inside the back hallway, They broke the back door by putting a screwdriver in between the back door. They threw soup up against the wall in the back hallway!!! They threw up, vomited, puked and pooped on the back hallway floor and The back hallway was smelling bad and it caused Joe Amerson and Rai Hudson to move out in the summer of 2017!!! I was a good maintenance man at Team Management until Rosie GaLarza kept putting me in different areas until I quit in 2018, because of Rosie GaLarza's foolishness!!! I ain't never gonna work for Rosie GaLarza and Team Managaement no more, because they are full of crap!!! Do not rent to Rosie GaLarza and Team Mangement!!! Stay away from Rosie GaLarza and Team Management in the future, because they are not worth renting to and They will screw you in the future when they rent to other tenants!!!
