Do not rent to Rosie Galarza, Darnell Williams and Team Management, because they will screw you!!! They rent to convicted felons and bad people. I moved out of Kilbourn Commons at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in 2017, because of Rosie Galarza's craziness and foolishness. They evicted Derrick Thomas, because Sherard Sebring, Jasmine Curry, Nicholas and 12 other people jumped him in front of his apartment in Apt 210!!! They called the police, They had him arrested and thrown in jail. Rosie Galarza took Jasmine Curry and her family's side and had Derrick Thomas evicted from his apartment in 2017. He was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property!!! He went to court for pre-trial, jury trial and trial.Jamine Curry did not show up to court. He won the case and the judge threw the case out. Rosie Galarza was supposed to evict Jasmine Curry for starting the whole incident with Derrick Thomas!!! Do not rent to Rosie Galarza and Team Management, because they put Kilbourn Commons in danger by renting to convicted felons, crazy people and Bad people!!! Stay away from Rosie Galarza and Team Management, because they will screw you and they will mess you up!!!
