Earlier this year, I had Choice and had paid the premiums. I had waited for the 30-days that Choice has as a so-called waiting period. We had a rainstorm and the roof leaked. I filed a claim. Choice denied it claiming that my roof had to have been leaking prior to the claim. I told them no. as I had never seen any evidence of any leakage. They did the same thing to me about 3-years earlier when I needed to have my A/C unit fixed. They kept telling me that I needed to have this and that test done that ended costing me nearly $700 and then Choice denied the claim. So don't believe what they say that they are the best home warranty company. I will never trust any home warranty or even car warranty companies based on what Choice did to me.
