Roof has leaked since new was told only 1 year warrenty

Theres no valley flashing just tar the entire dormer leaks shingles do not extend past edge flashing fasica and soffit boards rotten both sky lights leaking interior damage in every room i have replaced every ge appliance in the house after 1 year cabnet doors misaligned 1999 woodfeild model
