After Hurricane Matthew Service Master come to my town. My insurance company said they were ok to use. I was ill when the Hurricane hit so I was not thinking well or I would have done some research on this company in Rome GA. They did remediation to my house and lied about all that they did. They didn’t let me know when they finished. I did not sign off on it. I had to call to find out where to find my house key. They left the water shut off valve in kitchen and broke valve in bathroom. My house flooded again when the water was turned on. They charged me $32,000 for a 1600 square ft house. My flood insurance denied $$18,000 per FEMA guide lines. I am now being sued for remainder.
