Rogers services are costing more than what was agreed upon

Im a new wireless customer and already regret switching to rogers. I signed up via chat for 4 new phones and was told a price which we agreed upon. A month later I receive an invoice which is $50 more than what I was told. I called them and they cant do anything as they cant find the chat transcript (they dont keep them for their Third party agents is what I was told and a completely different concern as it appears they dont have any control over those people) so be careful. Unfortunately I deleted my copy. they will sell you something at one price and then not fulfil their side of the bargain leaving you, the customer, with a more expensive monthly bill. Just a brutal experience. User's recommendation: Keep your chat and be careful of what is agreed upon vs. your invoice.
