Roger is no customer service agent

So I tried to order product from young again. Com. The website failed place my order until I tried many times to get it to follow through I finally got my receipt the next day Roger emails me I found out 30 minutes after I had the receipt and he said that if it doesn't work the first time it won't work the 12 time for the 100th time and told me to contact my bank his website had shown on a Gateway network error and it would lock up with the email address but after many attempts I got it to go through and give me a receipt I emailed Roger and said it would be nice to know the real error but I did have a receipt so the process did let me go through Rodger emailed me back and said he would have the order cancelled I guess I won't be shopping there anymore I have used them in the past and thought their product was okay but now I think I will go elsewhere and it looks like Rodger wouldn't sell to me anymore anyway I don't know if that's discrimination or not by the way Roger's philosophy is you don't need a doctor you can doctor yourself
