Rocky Mountain Collision

We took our car into this shop about a month ago and absolutely nothing has been done on our car. There apparently was a problem with the insurance company, which was not the auto body shops fault. However, we requested to be updated twice a week and they never called us, not even once! Still absolutely nothing has been done on our car, and the only reason we know anything about it is because we called them! Don't go to Rocky Mountain if you're dealing with insurance too, they'll leave you in the dark and fight with you if you complain about it.
