Great job city. You are clearing residential roads. Course when you have an idiot like Mandell running the show consideration of those residents effected does not matter at all. Don't think you can ask the idiots doing the job to leave you a place to park because even if you do they will not consider you at all. I wonder what makes them think I should after they have left the big windrows in front of my house that I should pay to have it removed and hauled away.
