Roach/insect in Doordash delivery

Doordash delivered food from Saltgrass that I had ordered for my family for $130. I found a roach or some type of insect in the batter of my kids chicken tenders. Ive been trying to get a full refund ever since and no luck from Saltgrass manager Scott Turner or Doordash. User's recommendation: Do not eat at this facility.
