HELLO, My name is Mihai. I bought in February this year 15pcs of HDD wester digital capacity 1T. All of them was broken. In the middle of May I applied for Standard RMA and send the parts to them In Germany. Months passed, but I didn't get any answers from them. After i send them a lot of e-mails they answer me, and they told me that they didn't get any HDD from me and they said that I didn't send the HDD. I send them the prove of sending the HDD and the confirmation from them, that they received the HDD in the end of the May. They answered me back, and they told me that as soon as possible will resole the case, but not answer from them.
