Ritardo consegna

È la prima volta che ordino su shein. Gli ordini dovevano arrivare uno il 16 e uno il 18. Entrambi i pacchi si trovano fermi in Belgio. Mi è arrivata l'email che ci si scusa per il ritardo. Ho provato a cercare sul sito poste italiane ma non risulta la spedizione. Vorrei saper dove sono i miei ordini .. Io a breve parto e mi servirebbero.
