There is no reason for a person to start in a Wellness and Vocational Enrichment program as a WG-1 step one to GS 7 step 4 and fall apart like I did. When your involved medical criminal acts and truly think its ok, it really isn't. It goes against all morale values. But why cover-up adverse events let alone stopping it. Nobody has to go thru it, and the ones who put people thru it just flat out get away with it, thats goverment for you. No that I went forward with it, no OIG, MSPB, EEO investigation just a flat out cover-up. Personal went into my medical records without my permission, lost my second amendment rights, no probation, no fine, no parole, no jail time, no community service, I went forward first with the problem. I'm now DAV retired former federal employee, but remember Southern Ca. District Court, hopefully it can come thru.
