Ripped us off

Took advantage- airlines were waiving feed due to Covid last March. They charged me $150 to cancel a ticket that I didnt purchase thru them. My son called a toll free thinking he was calling jet blue and I think they hijacked the call and took his money. JetBlue was waiving the fees- total rip-off and wouldnt refund my money. User's recommendation: Never.
