Hi team, I ordered indigo shorts a few weeks ago and I really liked them, so I wrote them for the first time this weekend and an hr into wearing them they ripped. They ripped up the right leg from mid thigh up to the top of the pocket, it was really embarrassing to have to try and cover up with a huge rip in my shorts. Is there anyway I could have a pair of replacement shorts? Thank you. User's recommendation: Dont use customer service.
