Like others, our tour to Iceland was cancelled due to travel restrictions issued by the President of the United States. This is NO fault of any customer. We are told by EF Tours they will keep $2,000. of our $8,000 spent on a tour in which NO SERVICE was ever delivered. The insurance was a complete waste of money. This is the most insensitive, callous response from a business in the face of a WORLDWIDE pandemic.
