Purchased tickets and insurance on their web site. Cancelled within 2 weeks and 5 weeks before the flight. Their cancellation process is rigged and doomed to failure. Insurance to provide for cancellation is a joke. This company isnt trust worthy and should be avoided. They wont see any business from anyone and everyone that I can alert to their business methods. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
